Health & Safety Issue Observed	safety equipment and systems are not accessible, blocked or damaged (ie; fire pull station, fire hose, panel, gas feed, water shut off, blocked breakers)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Fire extinguisher and hose access are blocked by cylinders. Please keep pathway clear at all times. The same was true for one of the electrical panels that was being blocked over by the blackboard. We moved the item out of the way. We didn't do that with the cylinders because we weren't sure what would be the best alternate location.

Corrective Action	Principal or Caretaker to investigate the concerns. If further action is required, contact your Facility Team Leader or Regional OH&S Officer.
Corrective Action Taken	The ACL has been notified by the Principal for remediation.
