Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	When machines are on, the fire alarm & PA system are inaudible & not other method (like a visual cue) is in place to alert workers that an alarm has been engaged or an anouncement is happening.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	We have been applying to have a light system installed that will automatically go on when the alarms go.
