Health & Safety Issue Observed	workplace inspection hazards (E-WIP) not addressed
Health & Safety Issue Details	Rooms 108, 101, 102. Fire Exit doors are hard to open and close. Head Caretaker confirmed that Trades have attended but did not return to repair. This has been reported on past inspections but continues to be a hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor are reminded of their requirement to respond to all hazards within 21 days. The completed inspection report is to be 'printed' and then posted on the Health & Safety bulletin Board.
Corrective Action Taken	inquiring wth FTL as work was previously generated in 2017/18 as part of D & C but never performed . Waiting on on feedback from certain individuals and will generate new notification if needed
