Health & Safety Issue Details	Principal needs to instruct on the regular and proper use of, wire covers. Wires on the floor, even those temporarily so, need to be protected with PROPER covers to prevent slip, trip, and possible shock, hazards. This mess needs to be cleaned up and made safe for all.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
