Health & Safety Issue Observed	leaking/pooling/ponding of water or liquid (be as specific as possible)
Health & Safety Issue Details	If the leak that is causing this puddle is not scheduled for repair in the near future, the puddle still needs to be cleaned up on a regular and on-going basis. If the flow cannot be stopped, it still needs to be contained or controlled. An interim solution for containing the water, or better routing of the water to a drain, needs to be employed immediately. This slip hazard cannot simply be ignored.
