Health & Safety Issue Details	Metal shelving units are not secured to wall. This was noted at least 6 months back and the response was that the shelving units were only there temporarily.

Corrective Action	Principal to tag out equipment until repair is complete or remove equipment from the workplace.
Corrective Action Taken	Will remove materials/stuff from shelving and lay the shelving flat in the floor.
