Health & Safety Issue Details	Back exit door very difficult to open and does not self-close/latch when opened. With it being so difficult to open, this is a Fire Code issue. And, with it not self-closing, this is an intruder/security concern. The frame should probably be rebuilt because this has been an ongoing issue over the years.
