Health & Safety Issue Observed	ceiling tiles missing/loose
Health & Safety Issue Details	Missing ceiling tile - It is to be noted that several tiles are missing throughout the school however in speaking with the caretakers on site at the time of inspection, it was explained that due to the nature of the on going work at Silverthorn C.I (24/7 and Fire-watch) that the service people are constantly accessing electrical elements and sources in the ceilings and as as result there are many tiles missing at this time)

Corrective Action Taken	Contractor - active mechanical is currently working fishing wirings. Ceiling tiles will be installed back when work is done.
