Health & Safety Issue Observed	emergency exit door - mechanical malfunction on exit door
Health & Safety Issue Details	Door in the back on this room requires a significant shove to open as a result of the concrete below the outside of the door expanding over time. This inspector informed the caretaker on site who indicated a work order had already be submitted for this issue. In further research this inspector can see it was written up at the last inspection and the work order was put in.
