Health & Safety Issue Observed	damaged surface (ie: wall, ceiling, flashing, drywall, flooring, stairs)
Health & Safety Issue Details	The back exit door has a gap at the bottom which can allow pests to enter the school. As well, the door is very difficult to open. This has been noted prior and Notifications have been put in for years. Being this is a recognized fire exit (as evidenced by the lighted exit sign above the door), this should be prioritized.
