Health & Safety Issue Details	The fume hoods, in the chem prep rooms, do not have up to date certificates. If any of the hoods are to be used, they will need to be inspected and tagged as usable first.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for equipment to be inspected as outlined by TDSB Policy or required Legislation.
Corrective Action Taken	Fume hoods are not in use. A request has been made to have those fume hoods which are in use to be re-certified. Some fume hoods can be accessed from both the classroom and the prep room. Inspections for these fume hoods have been tagged on one side but not both.
