Health & Safety Issue Details	The strips present at the drill press are pulling up from the floor and actually pose a trip hazard. See photo.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for non-slip tape be applied to floor in front of machines in tech shops. These can be purchased by your FTL. If issue raised in a food prep/kitchen contact Food & Nutrition Services.
Corrective Action Taken	This will be resolved by end of January as the floor needs to be repainted prior to strips being put back on the floor.
