Health & Safety Issue Details	Advised this ladder be removed from this fixture as it is too high and unsafe. This inspector indicated this same issue on their last inspection at ECI. As per TDSB policy all equipment (especially heavier or awkward equipment)be stored at the lowest possible level as to avoid several hazards including physical injury as a result of the equipment falling and ergonomic hazards)
