Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
Corrective Action Taken	Signs have already been ordered and are being posted throughout the entire school as exit door numbers and room numbers have changed.
