Henry Kelsey Senior Public School

Prepare Today - Succeed Tomorrow!

Henry Kelsey Senior Public School was named in memory of a young employee of the Hudson's Bay Company who was sent into the barren lands west of Hudson Bay to look for customers.  In later years, he became the governor of all the Company's posts on Hudson Bay.

Henry Kelsey Senior Public School was opened in 1971. We welcome a diverse population of students drawn from eight feeder schools.

Our staff are committed to providing engaging opportunities for students with high expectations. Students who come to Kelsey are encouraged to get involved in all the fun activities that our staff provide including: many athletic teams and intermurals, band, library club, homework club, chess, robotics, student council, leadership, announcement crew and more!
