We strive to serve the needs of the community through exceptional programming in academics, arts, and athletics. Gr. 9 Enhanced Pathways Academic Program
We are particularly passionate about starting students off on the right foot, teaching them the academic skills and habits that are integral for success in high school. Our gr. 9 Enhanced Pathways Program focuses on high expectations, excellence, engagement, equity, & 'belief'. Students who have traditionally selected between the Academic & Applied level courses are placed in all academic level programming allowing 'learning & growth' at Oakwood before making a pathway choice. With class sizes capped at 26 and a collaborative whole school approach to elevate learning, we BELIEVE in your child and have HIGH expectations of them!
