Student Life - Where You Belong

GO TEAM

On behalf of the student body, we would like to share that:
Silver Springs has many programs that encourage students to show their school spirit! We interact with teachers through many extra-curricular activities and feel very safe because of the great community established here. Students are friendly to each other and encourage everyone to participate, no matter what their culture, religion, race, gender or ability. We have learned the importance of joining together to help support developing countries, each other, and the community. We incorporate eco-friendly habits into daily school life. There are friendly competitions between teachers and students in various sports. At our school, students take part in many nutritious lunches, and also look forward to the healthy snack program. Students can freely display their talents, as shown in the art on the walls of Silver Springs, and in talent shows (winter and spring). We love our school so much that we can often be seen early in the morning and late in the evening taking part in many clubs and teams. Overall, students think of Silver Springs PS as their second home, and the teachers as close friends!
