WHAT SETS US APART

Our students are high achievers focused on learning.  They achieve consistenly strong literacy and numeracy scores on province-wide tests.

We think healthy, active living and athletics are part of a well-rounded education.  Our students enjoy our three gyms, a pool, a fitness and weight training room, football and soccer fields, a 400-metre track and tennis courts.

Our Students Are Tomorrow's Leaders

Thirty senior students comprise our prefect society, a council that organizes a major winter charity event.  This successful event continues to be fun and worthy for all students.  Our students have a significant influence on how our school is run.  Our student super council, comprised of the presidents from each council, plans the yearly calendar of events.

PARENT AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

We establish connections with the West Rouge Community Association and the Centennial Community and Recreation Association.  Our  Community Partnerships with local plaza owners with a Breakfast Club and Cooperation Education help support our students.
Our School Council meets every month in the Resource Centre to plan creative ways to engage our parents and support new student recognition programs.
