Lillian Public School's Mission Statement

Lillian Public School is located in the north end of Willowdale on Lillian Street. The school first opened its doors in 1949. While the community has changed since then, the strong commitment to student success and community spirit remains the same. At Lillian PS, our dedicated staff believe that all students can learn. Each student has strengths to share and with effective assessment tools, differentiated instruction and support, we continue to develop programs to assist all of our learners. We strive to provide programs and supports to allow each student the opportunity to grow and improve so that they can reach their full potential.

School and Community Linkages

Our Lillian PS School Council is a partner in our children's success. The School Council actively supports the students and staff in the classroom, as well as on field trips, pizza/sub lunch days, and at many other special events.

Kaleidoscope Day-Care Centre now operates a kindergarten and school-age before and after school program within the school.  They continue to provide support for parents who require childcare independent from the school.
