Health & Safety Issue Details	Visible mould has been on ACM plaster for several months. The EA in the classroom shared pictures of the black mould while I was present in the room questioning the plastic covering the ceiling over the sink. There had been a leak some time ago.

Corrective Action	Principal to work with Caretaker to address concerns. If further action is required, create a Notification in SAP for appropriate trades to investigate. Contact your Regional OH&S Officer if no action is undertaken by Facilities Services.
