Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring to power powerbar at computer. Simple fix . . . just use one long powerbar instead. They can be ordered in lengths over 20 feet which should work in this situation.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
