Health & Safety Issue Details	Back exit doors not self-latching - this is a security/intruder concern. Whether or not this is used as an exit by students or not is irrelevant. Anyone at any time can open these doors from inside, walk away, and now the doors are not closed and anyone off the street can enter the building. All doors not self-latching/closing should be repaired whether they are used frequently or not.
