Health & Safety Issue Details	This flight of stairs, from 1st floor Daycare to the Exit doors, is used by groups of infants and pre-school children, and they are much smaller than 'standard' school children. Issues: (1) Space in the railing grille is large enough for the children to fit through - this is not in accordance with building code for railings. (2) Wall side: young children cannot reach the standard railing on the wall side and need something more slender for their small hands. A smaller second railing is recommended about 1 foot below the main railing.
