Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cords and power bars. Improper use. Rooms: 318, 319, 320, 321 and 326. Not to be used as permanent wiring. Not to be daisy chained.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Staff who are teaching in those rooms were emailed on March 3 and shared the concern and photo. They were instructed to use cords appropriately.
