Health & Safety Issue Details	The classroom florescent lights in drama room 115 require and on off switch. Staff currently need to use the live wire panal box in hallway to turn off class room florescent lights.

Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Caretaker has submitted a work order for a switch to be installed outside of the AUD so that staff can easily access it without having to use the fuse box.
