Health & Safety Issue Observed	chemical storage areas are not clearly identified according TDSB Chemical Storage labelling guidelines.
Health & Safety Issue Details	Room 215 is the Chemical Prep Room and it has just been renovated along with Science Rooms 214 & 216. The Chemical Prep Room has many items that are still being unpacked and sorted in accordance with TDSB Health & Safety. Room Numbers are missing for 214,215, & 216.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure Curriculum Leader follows the labelling guidelines. Kits with necessary materials can be obtained through Boreal. Additional information is available on the Science Safety webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Room numbers ordered and will be installed upon arrival. Science teachers have been steadily working on storing and labelling items. All old chemicals were removed through Owl Environmental. New chemicals will not arrive until exhaust fan connections are completed.
