Corrective Action	Repairs were under way to the Main Air Compressor Starter Unit by the Electrician, The HVAC Mechanic was repairing the Air Dryer Unit and The Pneumatics Control Tech in process of repair air line leaks in the plant area, as well as the Engineers were closing system and valves down do to lack of operating air to control overheating in the building because of the ongoing repairs I felt it was not safe at that time for H&S inspection in the Boiler Plant.
