Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	(1) Power bar (at chrome books) plugged into power bar plugged into extension cord plugged into extension cord (daisy chain of 5). Should use power bar with sufficient electrical outlets (at least 8 or 10) and with a power cord long enough to plug directly into the electrical receptacle at the wall. (2) This room has only one duplex pair electrical receptacles at the door, and another single electrical receptacle accessible under the blackboard. (3) Electrical power cord taped to floor for projector cart. Should use wire trough to cover/protect the power wire. (4) Projector cart power cord should be long enough to reach an electrical receptacle at the wall without use of an extension cord.
