Health & Safety Issue Details	The phone in the boiler room has no dial tone. Although Caretaking Staff and Trades may enter the room with a 2-way radio or a cell phone, the in-house phone should still be operable.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
