Health & Safety Issue Observed	fire exit route sign (yellow TDSB) - not posted / requires updating
Health & Safety Issue Details	Fire Route Exit Sign reads as primary exit #1 and alternate exit #4. Should the noted alternate exit be #6? When looking out the classroom door, exits #1 and #6 are seen. Also, the other rooms in the area all seem to state #1 and #6 as the exits. Just a head's up. Occasional staff need this information, as they are not necessarily at the site enough to know the primary and alternate exits in case of fire.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
