Health & Safety Issue Details	Main Entrance. Intercom not working at time of inspection.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Currently awaiting meeting on replacement of system, but we can now communicate with people outside who ring bell as there was damaged and it has been repaired. However, the camera makes it difficult to see who is at the door
