Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Telephone not operable. Only means of communication is located in office separate from Boiler room in the Caretaker office.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	New phone was place in boiler room.
