Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring at LCD projector. Unless an electrical drop is installed close to the projector, the only solution is to unplug the extension cord nightly. Also, a wire trough is required to minimize the potential for a trip hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
