Health & Safety Issue Details	The small mechanical room on 2nd has recently had two (a blue and a white) installed just above the working wall phone. The white light has been flashing on and off for a few weeks now. The caretaker is aware of this and is going to investigate further.

Corrective Action	The action has been taken by contacting the company installed the PA SYSTEM to resolve this issues and it has been confirmed by the trade that the matter will be resolved shortly. A follow up will be carried out towards the issues.
