Health & Safety Issue Details	talking with the caretaker, in this room and some of the other ground floors. when the students are upstairs, ie: walking jumping, the screen that cover lights drop. wondering if some of the covers for the light can get the hook light covers.

Corrective Action Taken	caretaking was able to put 1 extra 90 degree angle bar inside the fixtures to prevent the shades from falling.
