Corrective Action	Caretaker/Principal - Resolution - do what you can to ensure this area/room is accessible to the OH&S inspector at next inspection. If no specific Resolution is required, enter, NO ACTION required.
Corrective Action Taken	Spoke to the trades people that were in the staffroom at the time doing there computer work, and pointed out the signs that say mask to be worn at all times except when eating.
