Health & Safety Issue Details	Please see photo - the cord to the receiver does not stay in place; the instructor in the room reports that in order to contact the office it needs to be held in place. In attempting to contact office during inspection, a dial tone or contact could not be made.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
