Health & Safety Issue Details	In lieu of Covid 19, TDSB protocol requires that all staff and visitors wear a mask and and practice social distancing at all times while in the building.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure that required Personal Protective Equipment is available and accessible to affected workers. For classroom workers it can be obtained by contacting the Health & Safety Office, for facilities based workers, contact the Family Team
