Health & Safety Issue Details	Providing mere masks and hand sanitizer at main entrance does not qualify as a screening station. Was not met by office admin or site supervisor for any screening nor sign in made available. Appropriate screening station at main entrance must be set up asap.

Corrective Action	Principal to set up screening station as outlined in the Operational Guidelines for Elementary and Secondary schools.
Corrective Action Taken	Sign in is now available at the screening station. All visitors will be met by OA or Supervisor in future.
