Health & Safety Issue Observed	workplace inspection hazards (E-WIP) not addressed
Health & Safety Issue Details	Ceiling damaged with hole, tiles missing, & water stains by South West emergency exit 1E & outside audio booth where announcements are broadcast. This has been reported numerous times, including last February.

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor are reminded of their requirement to respond to all hazards within 21 days. The completed inspection report is to be 'printed' and then posted on the Health & Safety bulletin Board.
Corrective Action Taken	Leak been repaired notification in to replace tiles #13418527
