Health & Safety Issue Details	Could not locate bucket of sand in room. Previous response to this hazard was that the sand was in adjoining room. However, it needs to be with the chemicals in the prep room.

Corrective Action	For Chemical Storage/ Science Prep, Principal to ensure Curriculum Leader requests kit by submitting a Hazardous Waste Removal form. For Pool Filter Rooms Head Caretaker to coordinate through FTL.
Corrective Action Taken	The bucket of sand goes between the classroom 203 and the storage room beside 203 depending on teacher activities. The school is closed right now.
