Health & Safety Issue Details	The ventilation system in these 5 rooms emits a high pitch whistle sound that becomes increasingly more irritating over time. Noise hazard. I brought the caretaker, Rich, in to hear the noise in 127. Seems like the noise is coming from air passing through dampers. Maybe adjusting the dampers would eliminate the noise. This was reported in December.
