Health & Safety Issue Observed	egress blocked or insufficient path (doorway, hallway or stairwell)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Numerous individuals have concerns about this hall/exit and the students that often gather/loiter here in the morning before class, during the lunch period, & for lengthly periods after school. The students are often physically aggressive & verbally abusive to adults entering the area, effectively blocking safe egress/passage. Suggest an adult be assigned to monitor this area during these times & quickly move to break up any gathering crowds.

Corrective Action	Will encourage students to eat only on one side of the hallway and avoid blocking the safe passage of traffic. Will encourage teachers (unnamed?) to follow proper TDSB procedures for reporting issues, and use their management strategies for dealing with students.
