Health & Safety Issue Details	The hazard are the blinds in the library. The blinds are emitting a smell, causing an environmental hazard. The blinds materials are susceptible to the direct sun exposure resulting in a discoloration, and denigration of the materials which results in the smell. Replacement blinds should be ordered to accommodate the environmental hazard.

Corrective Action	Principals or Supervisor to provide employee with resource information found on the OH&S Website. Contact the Regional Health & Safety Officer to arrange for ergonomic assessment.
Corrective Action Taken	We are in the process of investigating the cost of ordering. We are applying to health and safety for financial support.
