Health & Safety Issue Details	Smell of burning rubber, like an old vacuum or fan belt, has been present on and off for months. Present on day of inspection.

Corrective Action	Employees are aware of the appropriate processes and they have been reminded of the proper procedures for reporting concerns in the workplace. In regards to this situation, the staff member has also submitted an Occupational Health & Safety Concern Form. I have responded to the form and emailed a copy of the response to the staff member. In addition, I have spoken with our Head Caretaker who will be investing the situation to determine the origin of the odour.
