Corrective Action	Staff have been made aware of processes in regards to reporting concerns in the workplace. An incident report has already been received in regards to the employee concerns listed by staff who teach in Room 256 and a response has been faxed to Occupational Health & Safety. Caretaking staff have checked the ceiling vents in Room 256 and have determined that the vents are working properly. In addition, high speed fans have been provided to ensure that air circulates adequately in this room. The air conditioning was not working at the time that the concern was voiced; it has since been repaired.
