Health & Safety Issue Details	Principal needs to supply, and instruct the regular, proper, use of wire covers. Wires, under the carpet need to be protected with PROPER covers to prevent wire wear related shock hazards. The carpet is not a PROPER wire protector. The carpet can cover the protective cover.
