Health & Safety Issue Details	The roof leaks and there is evidence of water marks on the left side wall. The roof remains the same until a meeting is held between the caretaker and his FTL.

Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	No answers given on time line of roof repair and ceiling tile repairs due to they are connected to the scope of the work that needs to be done, yet no answers and no roof so the kindergarten classes can sick or hurt for this to be corrected for there is no more that I can do except preach and pray for a new roof.
