Health & Safety Issue Details	The Electrical Room within the Boiler Room has a problem with water leaking in when it rains. The area was dry on the date of the inspection, but the picture shows the rust that has accumulated as a result of previous leaks. The caretaker has brought forth this issue previously and Hydro came in to rectify, but the problem persists. This needs to be addressed and it is an ongoing issue.
