Health & Safety Issue Details	Upper library windows have flammables affixed to them. This is a Fire Code issue which has been noted on past inspections. See photo

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Art teacher will remove all items and has been told not to replace them in this area.
